Hello Humankindness: East High students spread positive messages

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - Some local high school students were spreading encouragement and messages of happiness on Thursday.

East High School students took part in the "Happiness Sprinkling Project."

Dozens of students, wearing yellow, held up signs that read "Live your Dream" and "You are Wonderful" in front of the school on Mount Vernon Ave.

Students at many Kern High School District sites have taken part in the "Happiness Sprinkling" activities throughout the past few years.

If you know someone who demonstrates acts of kindness, we want to know about it.
