Family still looking for justice a year after teen was shot to death in Arvin

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - It has been a year since Marcus DeLouth, Jr. was shot to death in Arvin. The killing remains unsolved.

Family members came together on the anniversary of the 19-year-old's death to insure the case isn't forgotten.

His Mother LaWanda Harris said, "Marcus was such an asset to our family. He was so loved and I want someone to be held accountable for taking this life. This is somebody that was loved by so many people, that loved so many people."

DeLouth was a graduate of Golden Valley High School where he played football. His family describes him as an sweet, happy, intelligent young man with a bright future.
