Coroner's office identifies man shot and killed on Union Avenue

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - We now know the name of a man shot and killed on Union Avenue over the weekend.
 
The coroner's office says 30-year-old Francisco Ramon Amavisca's body was found Saturday night on a sidewalk outside a McDonald's about 7:30.
     
Three people have been arrested, however, one has been released.
     
Nicky Diaz Carrillo,20, was arraigned Thursday afternoon, his bail set at more than one-million-dollars.  He entered a plea of not guilty and is due back in court March 8.  
     
Guillermo Vasquez, 29, was in court Wednesday but his hearing was continued until next Wednesday and he is being held without bail.
     
Yvette Garcia, 35, was arrested in connection to the shooting but remains in custody on unrelated drug charges.
