SACRAMENTO, Calif. - Thirteen local emergency medical services professionals will be honored Monday in Sacramento. State Senator Jean Fuller(R-Bakersfield) will recognize the EMS workers for their exemplary life-saving performance, dedication and compassionate care delivered to the residents of Kern County.
The honorees are employed by Hall Ambulance, Inc. The recognition is part of the California Ambulance Association's "Stars of Life" event, which will recognize 48 paramedics, EMTs and emergency medical dispatchers from across the state.
The day will conclude with a reception, followed by an awards dinner at the Embassy Suites Sacramento Riverfront Promenade, where the honorees will receive additional recognition for their achievements.
