Alleged Hell's Angels member arrested for murder

Kern County Sheriff's deputies arrested Michael Henry Pena, aka "Delano Mike", Wednesday morning in Oildale. Deputies say he was hanging around the same tattoo parlor where the stabbing happened.
Kern County Sheriff's deputies arrested Michael Henry Pena, aka "Delano Mike" Wednesday morning in Oildale. Sheriff's spokesman Ray Pruitt said Pena was inside the Pirate Tattoo parlor at 1905 North Chester Avenue.

On May 30th, a fight broke out outside the tattoo parlor, resulting in the stabbing death of 18-year old Roger Violano. Deputies confirmed Wednesday, it was a fight between two rival motorcycle clubs.

"The two groups that were involved in the altercation that resulted in the stabbing of the two victims, are identified as the Hell's Angels motorcycle gang, and the Vagos motorcycle gang," Pruitt said.

A Facebook page created in Violano's memory reads, "If you wanna be mad at anyone for killing him, be mad at 'Hells Angels' because they are the ones that killed him."

The page also says Violano saved the life of 69-year old Nerl Rinehart, who survived his stab wounds.

The Sheriff's Department said this stabbing was an isolated incident. There has not been any violent activity from any of the motorcycle clubs since the stabbings, Pruitt said.
