Police need help finding man caught on camera with rifle

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Bakersfield Police Department needs help finding the suspect in what they are calling a "suspicious circumstance investigation."

On March 7, 2018, at 4:40 a.m., the suspect was caught on surveillance video at the font door of a home in the 13500 block of Stonethwaite Lane with a rifle, according to Bakersfield Police Department. The suspect began looking into a window while standing near the front door. The suspect did not go in the home and fled the scene.

The suspect is described as a: 

  • Male, 20-25 years of age, wearing a dark hooded sweatshirt, and dark pants
