BAKERSFIELD, CA- A local animal rescue is hoping a reward will entice someone to turn in the person or persons responsible for the brutal mauling of a dog.

Marley's mutts provided 17 News with this video of "Nacho," right after he was found chained to a fence in a vacant north Bakersfield lot on August 20th.

The two-year-old pitbull mix was the victim of abuse.

He's doing better after undergoing emergency treatment.

Now, Marley's Mutts is focused on finding whoever did this to Nacho. They're offering a$1,000 reward for information leading to an arrest and prosecution.
