Wanted West Side Crips member arrested by police

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - One of three West Side Crip gang members considered at-large following the massive gang sweep last month, has been captured.

On Tuesday afternoon, Jarvis Thomas, 32, was booked on charges including possession of a controlled substance, conspiracy to commit a crime and participation in a criminal street gang.

Thomas was also on a 2008 list of top gang members targeted by the district attorney's office at the time.

Michael Holmes and Tommie Thomas, two other West Side Crip members, are still considered at-large by authorities.
