No Sugar Challenge: Back-To-School Lunch Ideas

It has been one week since we kicked off the "No Sugar Challenge."

17's Maddie and Alex were joined by our dietician Anna Marie Frank who shared lunch ideas for kids heading back to school.

  • 1/2 cup quinoa
  • 2 celery sticks 
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 20 goji berries
  • 6 carrots
  • 1/4 cup blueberries 
  • 4 cherries
  • .25 oz harvest snaps 

Beans and Chips

  • 1/2 cup beans
  • 1 oz corn chips 
  • 1 egg hard boiled
  • 8 cooked carrots 
  • 3 strawberries 
  • 1 medium apple 
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
